Game Audio Goes Away When I Join A Party

I'm in the Xbox insider preview program is build number 10.0.17117.1001 (rs4_release_xbox_dev.180307-1900) for the Xbox One S. I'm having an issue where regardless of which game I play when I Join a party I loose all game audio sound. I'm using a turtle
beach Stealth 700 wireless gaming headset. It's not a headset issue as the headset worked before, and works fine on another console. I've tried hard resetting my console, factory resetting my console, restarting my Wi-Fi router and modem (my Nat type is open
with no Xbox service issues), and power draining my Xbox. I was on the phone with Xbox support for two hours and we couldn't figure anything out. Any ideas?

when i join a party my game audio turns off and i can only hear the people in my party

How do I check if my mic is working in BF4?

if I play both thu speakers (game audio and party chat) when I plug in the mic party goes there

Had that happen a few times now, but eventually the message goes away. Perhaps it's a technical difficulty or something. Similar things happen when trying to join friends parties and games.

I can send an audio voice message using the new headset on his console and also hear one that's been sent to him .And also hear game audio , but when you join a party or create a party or game chat there is nothing?

I'm talking about notification whilst playing games, like when someone signs in and you see their online, if I'm playing a game whilst in an XBL party and someone in the party goes away it would be good when they change their status to away or busy a notification
pops up for me and the others in the party, like wise for me if I go away to do something I just change my status and a notification pops up for the others in the party.
