    game audio can't be heard


    I have a lvl40 pdpgaming wired headset, the game audio does not work but I can hear party audio. I looked in the audio settings to find the slider to change where the audio goes but the one that controls game audio and party audio but it was grayed out and
    I could not select it. Is this a headset problem or a controller problem, and if it is a controller is there a way I could get a replacement? thanks in advance!

    P.s when I ask for a replacement, I am not asking if I should buy a new one, I feel that if it is not my fault that the remote stopped working that i should not be on the hook for the bill.

    P.p.s I bought a new headset and it fixed the problem

    Thanks for the reply Mister Gwyther, actually everything is working fine now. I'm able to play online again. The only problem I have is with the Halo 4 game itself, I believe. There are some audio that can't be heard. It's only with Halo 4 because the
    audio plays fine with the other games. I'm not sure what the problem is.

    I haven't heard or seen anything like this. Sounds like an audio/video problem in the xbox. Sorry I can't be much more help than this.

    My HP Pavilion All in One has no sound when plugged in with an Xbox 360

    1. Yes, the HDMI port is plugged to the input on the right-hand side.

    2. Yes, the HDMI mode works as it should.

    The only issue is that sound can't be heard when I'm using the Xbox 360. It functions perfectly fine; games run smoothly and the inputs are spot on, but it is only the audio that isn't working.

    I’ll comment on the audio when I have the game. Personally, the guns sounds are poor from what I heard in the videos.
