Game Art/Icons keeps dissapearing

Game art/Icons boxes from the My Game Section keep disappearing and being replaced with gray empty boxes or xboxlive logo boxes chatted with tech support but they dod not have a solution

It's a known issue that support is looking into, but there's no fix yet.

Anyone know if this will help reformatting the xbox360 HDD will work ???

 

It would be more of a server issue than a hard drive issue. so reformatting would not fix it.

 

I too am having problems with the cover art for many of my games after an update. I tried clearing the cache and even re-downloading my profile, but it didn't work.

Could Microsoft just please make the cover art downloadable to the Hard Drive please, this issue seems to be happening to a lot of people after the System updates. It would also be beneficial to me to see digital games that I own, but do not have installed.
