    Game appears installed when it's not.


    I installed subnautica. Had fun then had to make room for other newer games. After uninstalling it it still appears on my installed games screen. I uninstalled it again and it went away. I tuned my xbox off happy in the knowledge the problem was gone.
    How wrong I was. Every time i uninstall it it reappears I cant run the game and I cant reinstall the game. Its just so very annoying. Help

    If the other suggestions here don't help, you might also reset the console while keeping your games and apps.

    Hi the reset above will likely clear the issue, if not you could also remove and then re-add your account to refresh things that way.

    Hi,

    have you tried to powercycle your xbox by holding the power button for 5-10 seconds and see if that fixes the issue
