Sometimes games will have a free trial or have "free play" time periods for a weekend or a week, but I'm not aware of any of this right now with Hitman 2. At one time, the Legacy GOTY pack was free to download for Hitman 2 back in November 2018. But if
you've never taken advantage of any of these free times to play or free downloads, then I'm not sure why it would be showing. Have you tried to actually download it and play it? It might also be an error, for instance although it might show that you own it
and it's ready to install, if you tried to play it, you might get an error message saying that you need to own the game to play it.

It might be the case that you're game sharing with someone. That means that someone else's Xbox account was used to login to your console, may be your friend or family and at that time that person set your console as their home. In that case any game purchase
on their account will be shown in the ready to install list for you.

Did you download the Hitman 2 Free Starter Pack recently?
