Game App won't let me record on PC despite having minimum requirements.

Hello, thanks for checking in. Could you check if you have the latest drivers from AMD for your cards? Please list the version number here. Also, do you know if you have the AMD H.264 encoder installed for your card? Game DVR uses this encoder for recording.
You can see your list of installed encoders using the dxdiag tool that ships with Windows.

The Xbox app has it's minimum hardware and software requirements. Game DVR on Windows 10 supports GeForce GT 610 which means this is compatible with the Xbox app.
