Game App start Up

Hey, what is the error code exactly? It could be an installation problem, in that case you might want to reinstall windows. Take a look at this article if you need help reinstalling windows: Search results for 'how to reinstall windows' - Microsoft Support

The only game that freezes on start up is Mw3, the apps start up but It stops at a loading screen. Any idea?

If you go to the "my games and app" tile, highlight the game or app, hit the start button. That will bring up and opting to uninstall the selected game or app.
