    game/app black screen to no signal tv


    Some games and apps, not all, seemed to be random, when you launch them, I see a splash screen for the game/app for a few seconds, then screen goes black, then in few seconds later, TV loses signal. If I xbox,down,A I can get the signal back. So the xbox
    knows what its doing. But why is it dropping the signal to my TV? Worked on my Xbox One, and S. Not working on the new X.

    Uninstalled and reinstalled. Tried launching from external and internal storage. Removed the 512m Reserved Space under Saved Data. None of them fixed the issue.

    Thoughts?

    NXOE Issue with HDMI

    I made a mistake, I have posted to the correct forum.

    This isn't a "black screen" issue, my TV is stating "No Signal Found" such as it would if the TV box was off.

    Again, my Vizio TV is displaying "No Signal Found" box.

    My xbox1 is on but can see the image in tv

    It was working normal but sudenly the screen went black and now the tv say there is no signal

    Hi!

    The loss of the TV signal may also depend on the HDMI cable. Have you tried replacing it or changing the HDMI port on the TV?

    Yes. Again, same cables, same setup when I had the original Xbone installed as well as the S until the X came along without any issues. Yes I own all three versions...... All games/apps worked for 2 days. Now some do some dont and TV loses signal. Swapped
    HDMI cables with the one that came with the X, no change.

    Hi,

    Do you see "No Signal" message on your TV screen? If its just black screen, this signals that your console needs update. But if you see "No Signal" it could be an issue with your HDMI cable or TV HDMI port or your console HDMI port. Better to test your console
    with different TV.

    Flashing Black screen. LG tv, Xbox one s

    No they are not 4k tv's. Only mine. On the other tv's doesn't matter what resolution I use. It flashes and black screen. On my tv no flashes on 1440p only when playing certain games and streaming it flashing black screen and no signal. But on 1440p it starts up no problem. Going through menus no problem. Playing call of duty problem.
