Game and controller freezes.

Hey there! I want to make sure I'm following here. What you are saying is, that the controller only freezes when playing the one game? If that's the case, please try installing the game using the steps here: Manage
Your Xbox Game Library.

If those steps don't help, there are a couple things I'd like to know:

• If you play this game using this controller on your other console does it freeze?
  
• If you play this game on this console using a different controller, does it freeze?
  
• Does it ever freeze at any other times besides when you play this game?

So if the "Home " button is freezing also maybe its the controller instead of the keyboard ? Does it ever freeze during a game or only when your trying to type ? I would plug the controller up to the usb and update it if it will let you...

What a bunch of ****, that freezing issue should have been their #1 priority, i get all the other things need fixing but honestly the freeze issue should be top priority because if the game freezes then what is the point of playing the game with useless
controls.

I enjoy the game, but the freezing really is out of control. Froze a ton in campaign and I freeze in multiplayer. Contacted support and was told it was my xbox or the disc, etc etc.

After a while with a cable, the controller will freeze with the Xbox light still on while the OS thinks that the device is working normally. In the game/program, the last button I pressed would freeze (i.e. walking forward indefinitely) and the controller would be unresponsive until I unplug it and re-plug it back in. Same thing happens in Bluetooth, except after it freezes, it will reconnect.
