Game and App syncing issues and cant download games

I have been trying to download the new games with gold on the xbox one. When i go into the halo spartan **** page everything loads except the price box which takes forever. When it does finally load and i click it it begins loading the next page but never
completes the loading. This occurs for all the games in the store. I also have the issue of games and apps not being able to sync when i open them and am forced to play or use them offline.

I have tried restarting my router, hard restarting my console, disconnecting from the wireless. Also when i check the network it says everything is working fine and my download speeds and latency are all good. I checked other forums and found issues partly
similar to mine that mentioned clearing the mac address. I tried this however when i pressed the clear option and the restart began to occur, the xbox turned off and never turned back on again. Just wondering if anyone else is having these issues? Im assuming
it is to do with the new June update but am unsure. Any help is much appreciated.

Is there a problem with Xbox X software

I’ve started to get issues with downloads freezing, saves not syncing, games not loading and when power cycling the console startup errors.

Hey there! What issues are you having syncing the app?

 

I've never seen this before, so not sure what to suggest.

For the Store: are the Xbox's region/location settings correct? Do they match the region you're actually, physically in?

Has it always behaved this weirdly or is this a new thing?

 

Yep the region is set correctly. I went through and checked and pressed the restart button in the region menu. The Xbox light flashed, Kinect turned off then on again as if was going to restart then the whole system just shut down. I'm wondering if the issue
is that the system hasn't had a proper restart since the June update?

This has been a new thing. I came back to the house after being away for 2 weeks and all of a sudden all these problems. The only thing that I can think of that has changed in this time is the June update has come out.

If it makes any difference when opening games the screen shows their 'game picture' for 30 seconds to a minute before opening the game where before this occured for 5 seconds max if at all.

 

I have tried to factory reset my console. When doing this the restart function worked properly and again during the console set up. However when I get through set up all the problems are still there. When I try to re download my games there is the same price
loading issues and it asks me to pay for the games again rather than just install them. This probably has something to do with the profile not loading properly.

My profile says I have 0 gamer score and when i try to go into my profile i get the error code 0x87c40000. So now I have no games and my profile doesnt work correctly, so factory reset was a bad option.

 

For re-installing games, rather than go into the Store do as I've been doing after my own factory reset today:

Go to My Games & Apps>Games, then go to the far right to the grey pane. You may have to leave it here for a while, but eventually the pane should populate with all your owned titles. From there you just have to hit A on each title to add it to your own download
queue.

I'll see what I can find out about that error code.

 

No games appear in the right pane, just left with the store box telling me to go buy some games.

Okay so i took my xbox to a mates place and using his internet everything started working fine. I noticed the issue was in the upload part of my xbox. When at his the detailed network stats showed an upload number of 0.5 mbps and had a MTU number. However
on my internet these numbers are not there at all, not even a 0. So im pretty sure this is the issue since it worked fine at his place.

 

At yours, if you run network connection tests does it turn up any kind of errors? Sounds likely you have found the culprit but a network connection test may nail it down.

What you could try is to delete and re-add your own wireless network or try connecting via a network connection and see if it starts working normally.
