    I am sure I already know the answer to this question, but is there any way to download redeemed game add-ons from the xbox store to usb? I cannot update my xbox.

    You can set try setting parental controls. Other than that I'm not sure of any other solutions.

    If the console were connected to Live and a USB was attached then you could. But there is no way to do so from a pc.
