Game add-ons show as installed but are not

Thank you for your help. It looks like i have it working now. When reinstalling the game for the third time, the same add-ons downloaded. The difference this time is that when I go into the manage add-ons I have the option to download the missing ones. They
are currently downloading so my fingers are crossed. My only concern is that I'm still none the wiser as to what caused the issue.

I have cleared those bits in the settings you suggested as that seems something sensible to do anyway.

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully get your console to let you update this game. I can totally understand how this could be pretty disheartening but hopefully provided the right troubleshooting, we can help out. I suggest going
to Settings> Devices and Streaming> Blu-ray> persistent storage in the Xbox One Guide and clearing that three times. Once that has been done, go to Settings>
General> Network Settings> Advanced Settings> Alternate MAC address, clearing that and letting your console restart as a quick preliminary means of troubleshooting.

If that does not do the trick, next try a soft reset of the console. It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting
step for most issues.

How to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One, select the option denoted reset and keep my games & apps, and let us know how that helps with the issue

I have tried a restart. The add-ons show as installed when in the window shown in my picture but are not so there is nothing to uninstall. I have tried reinstalling the whole game only to end up back in the same place

I would recommend restarting your console. Along with going to the add-ins and pressing start on them, uninstalling and then reinstalling. Then launch the game fresh again and see if the results are the same or if that fixes it.
