Game add ons and installations

Thank you for reaching Microsoft Xbox Forum support. I want you not to worry about the situation because I am here to help you out!

The games should appear on the "ready to Install" list on your Xbox one. If they are not appearing there then I highly recommend following the troubleshooting steps here:

After each step try to see if the issue is fixed!

First, please select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm then re-add your account.

Then, hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, until the console shuts off, then unplug the power cord and wait for 2-3 minutes before unplugging it back in and turn on the Xbox.

If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps.

Note=>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.

If this is not working then, please check your games through account.xbox.com

If you do not see the games through here, Or if you have checked your Orders as well and do not see them then you might have purchased them on a separate account.

In your games list, focus on a game, press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game & add-ons.

Some add-ons are accessed in the game rather than installed separately. Any installable add-ons or DLC not yet installed will appear under Ready to install.

Make sure you sign in with the same account you used for the purchase. Verify that the DLCs are properly installed.

In your games list, focus on a game, press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game & add-ons. Any installable add-ons or DLC not yet installed will appear under Manage game & add-ons.

Thanks for the update. Is your DLC listed as installed under the manage game option? To check, view whether or not they have been installed, follow these steps:

In your games list, focus on a game, press the Menu button
on your controller, and then select Manage game & add-ons.

Some add-ons are accessed in the game rather than installed separately. Any installable add-ons or DLC not yet installed will appear under
Ready to install.

If the DLC is installed when under the Manage game & add-ons page, then your game may not be registering them; for that you must contact the developer of the game.

Hi, the game & all it's dlc is backward compatible. I know, as I have played it on the Xbox One, make sure your dlc is installed on the xbox one by moving to the game, press menu button on controller, and select manage game & add-ons, then select the ready
to install, and from there you can install any add ons that are not installed. Once you have done that, start the game, and the dlc should be listed in the add-ons section for you to play.
