Game add on not showing up in game

I bought a sims 4 add on while the store was (updating i didnt relise at the time). and when the store finished updating. The purchase had said its price i realised the store was updating. So i was like oh ok let me buy it again. I did but i never got
a email say thanks for this purchase and i never got a notification from my bank saying anything but i have the add on ? But it wont show in game saying i own it.

Sure no problem

So basically i got the add on while the store was updating the store updated and the add on 'unbought' its self but i never got an email saying i bought it to begin with so when the store updated its said its price again so i bought it again and no email
again but it shows when i got to the sims 4 add ons but order history shows nothing

Thank you for reaching out to the forum. If you go to Order History @ account.microsoft.com you will be able to view all your purchases, and see if the purchase
of the add-on went through.

Do you think if i bought a download code for the sims add on it would all be ok

I would try that. And if there still is an issue, i would recommend reaching out to support.xbox.com.
