Game add-on installation fails (Xbox One)

Hello all,

Yesterday, I had to purchase the Destiny2: Legendary Edition to get back my access to the expansions which have been taken off Game Pass.

The bundle contains the add-ons Beyond Light, Forsaken and Shadowkeep as well as a weapon pack. Forsaken, Shadowkeep and the weapon pack installed without a problem, but Beyond Light keeps failing. I can kick off the installation, it really quickly hits 100% but then I am told that the app is not installed.

I have already tried a number of things, for example uninstalling and reinstalling the base game, resetting the console, emptying the cache and looking for a console update. Nothing helps.

The purchase itself is down as "complete" in my Microsoft account, so this shouldn't be the issue either.
I have already asked Bungie (the game publisher) who advised me to contact Microsoft in the first place.

Can one of you lovely people please shed some light on what I might be doing wrong?

Microsoft can only help with games it publishes. When content is installed and does not appear in the game, it is the developer's responsibility.

Tengo el mismo problema. Compré por 99,99 € la edición de luxe de la Reina Bruja...En el paquete incluía el DLC Mas Allá de la Luz (Beyond the Light) . No me deja jugarlo...y me dicen que lo vuelva a comprar !!! Esto es una estafa !!!

Remove the game and all additional content and reset the console to factory defaults, you won't lose anything but you will need to log in with your account again. Email and password are required.

Follow this path and select reset keeping games and app.

In 5 to 10 minutes you will finish reconfiguring your console

To reset the console>

Settings> System> Console Info> Reset Console

***Do not reset your console without having your account email and password.***

After resetting, install all content and see if it now appears in-game. If after installing the content and it still does not appear within the game within 24 hours, please contact the game developer again.

Thanks Samy, for letting me know about this.

The current issue is that the game and its add-ons are shown as bought but one of the add-ons can't be installed.

I will try your suggestion and update the query asap.
