    Ok so i installed mortal kombat XL on my xboxone and at around 20% i could already play it. there was flyer with a code inside which i could redeem to get alien, bo rai cho.... the newest 9 characters plus all so far published skins. After redeeming the
    code nothing happened and i still don't have the characters... which is really unsatisfying becaue i payed for the whole bundle... maybe there is a possibility to help me game add-on code does not download :)

    Axe Battleffield 4 promo code and downod issues

    The Xbox One does not automatically download items that were purchased or added from the website like the 360 does. You've added the codes on the website now head to the games store and BF4 then Add Ons. Find the add ons you got the codes for and Install
    them.

    Cannot find game

    My son got an an XBox for Christmas and it came with a game add on download. We downloaded and entered the code it came with but when we go to games or downloads it does not show up. We tried to again and it told us the code has been used already. Any help
    or input would be greatly appreciated

    Sorry to hear the trouble accessing your DLC characters. To check, do you see the content ready to download from your Ready to Install list by chance? If not, what happens if you try to access the content in-game from the character select menu, does it ask
    you to purchase again?

    Did you try going to add-ons from game hub and downloading them manually, does it say owned on the add-on?

    You can actualy set DLC that does this in game to background download by simply going to the dashboard and add it to ur download via the download history.
