Game ad on codes say they have been redeemed

I got dead rising 3 apocalypse edition and i put in the code for the ad ons and it says they have been redeemed i don’t know what to do if you can help me hit me up on snapchat my acount is

Hey, ConorRedmond8! If any codes say they have been redeemed, we are unable to replace those codes. It's likely that the code might have been accidentally redeemed on another account on your console; this is a scenario we see often in these cases.

Do I need to retain product codes after redeeming?

I still have my codes, uninstalled COD on my new xbox one. It's gone and the download codes say they have already been redeemed. I need to get COD back on my machine. Can anyone help?

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. The prepaid code applies the license for the add-ons to the account. The add-ons will then be downloaded through the ready to install tab. The article entitled

View and Download Game Content will explain how to complete that process. Once the add-ons are installed, we recommend launching the game and checking if they appear. Be sure to let us know the results!

Since dead rising 3 is an older gane did you buy it used from an ganestore or a personif so that wouldd be why

They can only be used once

It could be due to a couple of different factors.

What I would do is follow the steps on our support page entitled Troubleshoot Xbox prepaid code issues and see if any of those troubleshooting steps help you out.

I can't find a video on how to get the steps done, but the support page should help you out.

Give the information there a look through and let us know how that helped resolve the issue.

Go to "My Games and Apps"

Find the main game (i.e. Dead Rising 3). Press the Menu button on your controller. Choose to manage that game.

In the ready to install section, you should see the add on stuff, if it's not yet installed, provided, that the code was actually redeemed on your account.

If you bought the game used, and the previous owner already used the code, there is nothing you can do.

If you accidentally used a different account to redeem the code, simply sign in on your console with that account, and follow the instructions above.
