Activation Key/LIVE Access Code Do Not Show Up on Games for Windows

I just purchased Fable 3 and can't play because i need the activation key. Problem is that my Games for Windows just has this message "Game Activation Key:

An unknown error has occurred"

Any Ideas?

 

Code activation problem

Hello!

Anyone had a problem where you activate in game bonus code without having the game installed and when you install the game itself it is not there?

It happened to me.. I activated a Pre-Order code today which was for NBA 2k16 without having NBA installed.. i didn't get my 10k VC and VIP in MyTEAM.

Anyone know what's the problem? Maybe had one like this yourself?

 

I got a similar problem only regarding the Gears of war 3 code for the Gears of war Ultimate edition Xbox One.

Error code Xbos-0x80150017, gamertag: , other codes worked fine except for this one.

Also contacted support and was sent here.

The region has already been tested several times and choose the right . I again approached the customer support through live chat . Sent a photo card with the code of the game, a photo of the receipt of the purchase bundle . My materials are accepted and
told to wait for instructions by email.
