    Game Activation Code Messed Up


    Hello!

    A good friend of mine bought me a physical Minecraft card with a digital code and the activation code on the back of the receipt got ruined and I cannot see the last half of the code so I cannot activate the game. What do I do in this situation? What are my options?

    Hello Demiurgicfeline, in cases like this game codes, if you have the purchase invoice of the game the developer can arrange a replacement of the code, as you won the gift code the ideal would be to contact minecraft support so they can help you.

    Hi there,

    be sure to check that the content isnt already available on your account via either Ready to Install in My Games and Apps or at the Manage Game option on the specific game.

    Since it might be the case that the redeeming went through correctly..

    If it can't be found the best option is to contact Xbox Support, so they can double check what has happened and perhaps fix it even.

    I forgot to activate the Microsoft Rewards punch card for Cyberpunk 2077, then bought it, then went back and activated the punch card.

    Yes, you messed up by failing to activate the card before you purchased the game. There is nothing you can do to get the reward points now.
