Game Achievements not updating

Hi MarcoHD,

When were you unlocking this achievement? As of yesterday morning, Xbox only just fixed issues with achievements not unlocking (30/4/20) and causing games to unlock achievements but not updating gamerscore or achievement progress for the game. My Fix is to
try again now to unlock the achievement to force an update or wait 72 hours when you unlocked it for it to update. Game servers are still trying to catch up with achievements unlocked over the last 4 days and this could be the issue.

Please update me on if this information helps or not and we will work this out together.

They just updated the game to make everything free and some of the achievements easier. The achievements unlock retroactively, so if you met the new requirements before, those achievements will unlock. There's nothing wrong, enjoy the gamerscore

As stated the issue has been fixed, however, it could take up to 72 hours for achievements to go through and update on the Xbox servers as it is all online achievements. I can confirm achievements can be forced updated by completing another achievement
in that game. This happened for me yesterday evening with 2 games. where achievements had been unlocked but not showing online.

Thanks for the reply, I had previously followed section 2 of this post. The thing is, it's also the game information that is not updating, I am currently playing Deus Ex but it shows 0 hours played as well as 0 for all the other stats. I don't think completing
all steps of the post will help in my situation, but if you have any other ideas they would be welcome.

When you reach section 3 make sure to fill the survey. After that keep playing as normally until the achievements start rolling out.
