    Gaining recognition achievement - 25/10 medals but not completed


    Hello,

    I've bought recently a windows phone and installed Mahjong on it also. Previously I was playing it (and still playing) on my laptop with Windows 8.1.

    I have 2 more achievements to be completed on my phone, one of which is Gaining Recognition, where I should earn 10 Medals total across a Windows 8 device and the phone. The problem is that I have already 17 Medals on my phone and 19 Medals on my laptop,
    the achievement shows (25/10) but still it is incomplete...

    What should I do?

    1. What version & build of Windows are you running?

      Windows Phone 8 build 10521.155
    2. What is the make (who made it) & model (if you know it) of the device or devices you are using?

      Nokia Lumia 1520
    3. About how long ago did you start having this problem?

      Since the first version
    4. Have you noticed this problem happening on any other games?

      Similiar problems exist in Microsoft Solitaire Collection and Microsoft Minesweeper
    5. Describe your problem. Please explain what happens from the time you launch the game until the problem happens.

      Yesterday I installed these three games on my phone, and tried to unlock the achievements. However, the achievements "Gaining Recognition" and "Matchmaking Legend" cannot be unlocked. These achievements are descirbed as "earn xx medals total across a Windows
      8 device and your phone". As I already won enough medals on my computer, I unlocked one more medal that is only available on the phone. However, these achievements didn't unlock as other achievements. Now the achievement progress shows 22 / 10 for "Gaining
      Recognition" and 22 / 20 for "Matchmaking Legend". Similiar problems exist in Microsoft Solitaire Collection and Microsoft Minesweeper where you are required to earn medals across a computer and a phone.

    Achievement Glitched in Halo Wars 1

    There is an achievement that is glitched. I have earned all of the requirements to the Wall of Recognition achievement in Halo Wars 1 and it is glitched on 93%. The leaderboards show that I have all of the Gold Medals required for
    it, and have completed every mission again and earned a gold medal on each again. It is very annoying and would like any help to fix this issue.

    Achievements Glitch

    Having a problem with the mobile (WP) version of Mahjong. The achievement for obtaining 20 medals didn't unlock. I have 25 medals now and no achievement. I read other people have the smae problem. Is there a fix for this bug?

    Microsoft Mahjong WP8 Glitch

    I'm having problems with the achievement for getting 20 medals. I have 25 medals now and still no achievement. Appearantly i unlocked the 20th medal on my win8 version instead of my Phone. I know a lot of other players are experiencing the same problem.
    Is there a fix underway any time soon?

    I second this bug. I have 22 medals across Win8 and Win 8 phone, but no achievement.
