    Scabby is spot on! If achievements AREN'T gained you can removed them from your history via the console, but if any achievement is gained, even a 0 point achievement, then it is on your card forever.

    It is not and never has been considered cheating to gain achievements while offline on a LIVE account. As long as those achievements are gained legitimately there is no need for concern.

    When an achievement is unlocked offline, it is not given a time stamp, it will just say 'Unlocked'. Achievements gained online are given a time stamp. Funny thing is, most of the OP's achievements were gained on the same day, which is impossible.

    Note: If you have been modded your score again after a reset, the next punishment will likely be a permanent account suspension.

    there are possibly additional objectives that have to be reached in order to gain the achievement, if you are unable to gain the achievement, try contacting Microsoft support, state the problem to them and they will look into correcting it.

    Once you have had a gamerscore reset, you wont be able to gain achievements on games you have already played and got the achievements on. The only way to gain the achievements are to start again with a gamertag, and just play the games honestly.

    If you are asking that certain achievements be removed, that is not possible. The only way achievements are removed is if it is found that they were not gained in a legit manner, and then all the gamerscore for the account would be reset, and all achievements
    earned would be removed and you could never gain them again.
