G933 Artemis Spectrum Wirelessly on Xbox One

I use my Logitech G933 Artemis Spectrum headset on my PC because I primarily play games on my PC. I recently purchased an Xbox One X and have been shifting towards playing more on my new console. Another bonus is since I bought games on the Microsoft Store
I am able to use Xbox Play Anywhere to play my PC games on my Xbox One X. There is one big downside however, I am unable to use my headset wirelesly on my Xbox One. I am really loving my new Xbox One X with the power and the convenience, but it is heartbreaking
to realize that my $150 headphones do not connect to my Xbox One with the USB dongle and I have to use the 3.5 milimeter audio jack with my controller. This probably will take a simple firmware update because PlayStation had the same issue but they fixed it
quickly and now PlayStation users are able to use their G933 headset fully wirelessly. This is honestly a huge downside and I am really hoping this gets fixed because I truly love playing on my Xbox One X compared to playing on my PC. I purchased my headset
for universal wireless gaming, but I don’t understand the point of it if wireless does not work on Xbox. If you have the same issue or you just want this to be seen PLEASE spread the word, hopefully Xbox can get on top of this issue just like PlayStation did.
It would be truly amazing if this issue could get fixed. Thanks so much in advance!

Im sorry for your problem. I would like to recommend using the xbox app for party chat if that helps and if that doesn't work for you, i would suggest a usb to aux audio adapter. (Buy at your own risk) (Make sure your source is reliable and affordable.
If this option is chosen.)

I still don’t understand why Xbox hasn’t gotten on top of this yet. Soon after the G933 came out PlayStation added support through wireless dongles, and all the features work. I am at a loss of words at this point

thanks for letting us know . this is a shame . i've tried to connect a turtle beach headset in as well via the dongle and it doesn't work. i did get an adapter for my controller to plug in my headset into and that's all i could do .

The G933 gaming headset can be connected to your Xbox One™ console using the included the 3.5mm audio cable.

Set the mode switch on the G933 gaming headset to Wireless Off mode for passive audio mode, or set to Wireless On mode for active audio mode with additional features.
Connect the G933 gaming headset to the Xbox One™ controller using the included 3.5mm cable. NOTE: Older Xbox One™ controllers may not support direct 3.5mm cable connections and may require the Xbox One™ Stereo Headset Adapter (sold separately)

NOTE: Headset will not operate via USB Wireless Mix Adapter on Xbox One.
