G920 wheel not working

Oh, and the Logitech G920 steering wheel and pedals work just fine with Need for Speed Payback (Steam). Just not FH5.

If i am not mistaken that wheel is for PC and not Xbox. The only compatible wheel from Logitech is the G920.

We understand that you're having trouble with your G920 wheel for your Forza game. Based on the support article of the Forza, it is important the install the Logitech Software for your wheel so you will be able to use it. -

For Logitech users, especially G920 and G29, you have to install the Logitech Software from the website; this is quite important if you don’t install it, the G920 is picked up as a different vendor product identifier (VIDPID), and its functionality in the game is compromised, both for FFB and for buttons/switches.

Let's try a few troubleshooting steps to see if we can get it working properly.



First, make sure that the wheel is properly connected to the Xbox One X.

The USB cable should be securely plugged into the console and the wheel.

Next, try resetting the wheel by unplugging it from the console and plugging it back in.

You can also try resetting the console by holding down the power button for 10 seconds until it turns off, then turning it back on.



If that doesn't work, try updating the firmware on the wheel.

You can do this by downloading the latest firmware from the Logitech website and following the instructions to install it.



If issue persists, it's possible that there may be a hardware issue with the wheel.

In that case, I would recommend contacting Logitech customer support for further assistance.
