    G2A is not the safest place to purchase codes and gift cards. It's advised to only purchases these from authorized sellers. The only thing you can do at this point is contact G2A.

    I bought a game but now it says cancelled. I got it with a code

    G2A is notorious for bad codes or stolen codes, if it was found to be stolen or fraudulent then microsoft have every right to cancel it and withdraw it. you would need to take it up with G2A or the private seller on G2A.

    the two sites i trust and are legitimate is CDKeys and HumbleBundle.

    How can I remove a subscription from my account that is externally managed.

    I have used it in the past and it was decent, they are not like g2a as g2a have been proven to steal and sell keys whereas cdkeys aquire theirs legitamately
