FXNOW not playing MA rated programming

My FXNOW app will work fine when I play movies or tame things like Arrested Development but when I try to play MA rated stuff like Justified, Chosen, Sons of Anarchy (so most of their programming) it gives me the message, "Maximum Rating Exceeded: The
current content rating exceeds the maximum rating provided by your TV provider." I have Comcast and I checked the settings on both the cable box itself and the Xbox One. Any ideas? Also when I pin individual shows to home it says it's pinned to home but it
doesn't actually show up in my pins. Frustrating.

FXNow blocking everything?

Hi all, whenever I try to play anything (from TV-MA Wilfred to TV-G Rio) on the FXNow app it tells me that I have set parental control restrictions through my TV provider and so the content is unavailable. I know for a fact that I've done no such thing,
and I can watch whatever I want to on HBO Go, Showtime Anytime, etc. I've tried signing out then signing back in at least half a dozen times and I've even deleted and reinstalled the FXNow app, to no avail. Any idea on how to solve this?

It's a Comcast Xfinity account by the way, if that makes a difference.

 

Netflix not recognizing xbox settings

my kids have just found out that some shows on netflix that are rated tv-pg are requiring the passcode to be entered for them to watch. the settings on the xbox appear that this should be allowed for them, the only to be blocked would be r rated movies
and tv-ma rated shows.

any ideas?

I'm seeing the same issue, anyone have a fix? Trying to watch The Strain.

 

I wouldn't call it a fix, but I deactivated my XB1, changed my parental settings with my provider a couple times and deactivated my XB1- seemed to work.
