FXNow blocking everything?

Hi all, whenever I try to play anything (from TV-MA Wilfred to TV-G Rio) on the FXNow app it tells me that I have set parental control restrictions through my TV provider and so the content is unavailable. I know for a fact that I've done no such thing,
and I can watch whatever I want to on HBO Go, Showtime Anytime, etc. I've tried signing out then signing back in at least half a dozen times and I've even deleted and reinstalled the FXNow app, to no avail. Any idea on how to solve this?

It's a Comcast Xfinity account by the way, if that makes a difference.

Fxnow really to goe it not working. It the IPV4 settings the issues or the Xbox ban the DNS code on them Xbox One?

Yes. Similar problem. Last night was trying to use FXNOW and got error message that said to contact my cable provider (also Comcast). I called Comcast and they said nothing had changed on their end. Could be a Microsoft / Comcast contract issue that
Comcast customer service is not aware of. I'd really like to know.

 

Hey, guys! I am so sorry to see that FXNow is giving this error. It's an odd one for sure.

I wanted to pop in and let you know that we're working with our partners to get this fixed. I don't have a time frame, but once I have an update I'll post in here for you!

The app is confirmed (by me) to now be working, on the 360 and likely XBone. A new version that addresses this issue was recently released, but it needs to be updated manually.

Just uninstall the old FXNow app, delete FXNow profile data from your storage (this step may be optional), reboot 360 and then reinstall. You'll need to re-authenticate with your service provider after you get back in the app.
