FXNOW app improperly says I don't have a cable subsription

    FXNOW app improperly says I don't have a cable subsription


    So my FXNOW app keeps telling me I don't have a cable subscription When I have XFinity and can watch FX just fine from it. I don't see any way to reset the app and ask for a new activation code in the settings, and the in-app help was useless. I even uninstalled
    and reinstalled the app to no avail.

    What do I need to do to fix this app so I can get my Archer fix?

    FxNow app

    When I go to activate the FXNow app on my Xbox One, I receive an error message saying Brookwood Retirement community does not currently have access to the FXNow app. The funny thing is I never selected Brookwood Retirement community; I selected Cincinnati
    Bell Fiioptics, and Brookwood is the option in the drop down box above Cincinnati Bell... and yes I am sure that the dozen different times I have tried I have selected Cincinnati Bell Fioptics, it even says my selection until I hit enter. I have also sent
    emails to the FXnow app support (with no replies) I would really like to use this app but am unable too. The Parent company FoxNow app works great.

    Video apps not showing up

    Just tried to get the fxnow app to watch always sunny, but when I try to browse for video apps it says no content. I don't get it. Sports and music works fine, but I can't find any video apps at all. What should I do?

    Derp, figured out a solution just after I re-asked, of course.

    Open the FX App, press the Menu button and go to Settings. Deactivate your device, and then reactivate it like you have a new cable provider. Follow normal activation steps and you're done.

    Hope that helps anyone with this issue. FXNOW app improperly says I don't have a cable subsription :)
