Fut crédit Removed after ban

Hey there ,

Can you please elaborate a it? We're not sure what you're talking about when referring to they took FUT credit after a ban. If you're referring to an enforcement action on the account such as a communications suspension, that wouldn't have any effect on
in game currency, or other currency on your account. Let us know!

Hello sir I will contact you about my fifa ultimate team account or I have withdrawn my credit I explain to you that I made on my account I had 1,300,000 credit

- I had 1,100,000 credit I had in buying from fifa point where I resold players + 600 game played

For the other 200,000 credit I got them like that:

-A friend stopped playing fifa 17 on xbox for gone on ps4 so he offered me to give them by the transfer market by putting players for sale that he was buying me.

-I was betting with other players and the winner won credit that was recovered by the transfer market sending a player.

I only sorry if it was not authorized I was not aware that it was forbidden.

Would it be possible to recover my credit? At least the 1,100,000 I normally have. You can look at my purchase history for my fifa point purchase. I bought a lot

Thanks for the information, in this case there isn't anything that Microsoft or Xbox can do since it's an in game currency issue and an issue with the enforcement by the game developer/publisher. So you'll want to contact
EA Support to see what could possibly be done. This sounds like it could be some kind of enforcement action, but not by the Xbox Policy Enforcement Teams. It would be the game developer/publisher in this case.

From the FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

Since you have been scheduled for a deposit, there is no need to request one manually, so that feature has been removed.
