Fury promotion

I purchased the movie Fury on January 28, 2015 and I still have not received the promo code for World of Tanks. After contacting Xbox support I was instructed to post here.

I'm sorry to hear about the issue. If you haven't already, I would first suggest checking out how to properly redeem this code at the Fury Special Offer Redemption page.

Just to note, you must have downloaded and launched the World of Tanks: Xbox 360 Edition game at least once to redeem your M22 New Tanker Kit code.

If after you follow the steps on that page I provided and you're still experiencing an issue, please post on back and we'll go from there. Thanks!

purchase page of Fury, it can take up to 2 weeks before you receive your code. What day did you purchase Fury?

 

Any new info? Xbox support had me repurchase the movie around the 12th and said that I should receive the code within 24-72 hours. It's now been about a week and over a month since the original purchase.

 

Hey there, junikaifer! No new information on my side. If you had to repurchase the movie, it's likely that you may not be getting it until 2 weeks after that. I apologize for the confusion surrounding the time frame, but the team that gives these out gave
the time frame that is put on the site. Did you make another purchase other than the one on the 28th? It's only been a few weeks since the 28th, so I want to make sure if you purchased one over a month ago, we look into that as well.

We are still looking into why you may not have received this for your original purchase, though! I will post back once I have more information for you.

 

OHO and an update! We think you should be resolved with the next code send out early next week. If you do not receive it by Wednesday, please do post in here again so that we can investigate why that is. Thanks so much for your patience, junikaifer! I

The original purchase was on January 28th and the repurchase was February 12th.

 

Looks like a lot people have the same problem . I purchased the movie on 2/1 and nothing so far,what a joke!

When did you purchase Fury? It can take up to 2 weeks before you receive the code.

 

Well they said you would receive something for renting the movie. Well never received it. Contacted Customer Service; they were helpful and referred me to this thread.

Obviously I will never receive anything in the end.
