funimation subscription

so before i was paying a subscription on funimation monthly to an account which email was deleted and i realised about the email so i cancelled the subscription and made a new account but now when i try to purchase a subscription it comes up saying “this microsoft account is already associated with another Funimation account” even though i stopped the subscription 2 months ago. any ideas on what i should do?

Contact 'Funimation' support. This is a third party service, so Microsoft cannot help you.

Its not working out well. I’ve tried to contact many times and all they are saying is to check funimation help team. I am fairly certain its an error with Xbox

Hi, thanks for replying. I also searched for an answer. The Funimation subscription doesn't appear in the active subscriptions in any of the family Xbox/Microsoft accounts.

Did you not remember using a friend’s or family member's account to subscribe to Funimation?

As even the subscription purchase doesn’t appear in your account order history, this usually means the specific account you’re looking at was not the account used to buy the subscription.
