Funds taken from my MS account for I'm assuming my Series X pre order......

No guarantee, but baring shipping issues they are pretty good at getting it there on time, if not early.

I pre-ordered the Series X direct from Microsoft, and it appears on my MS Order History. However, I've not received a confirmation e-mail that the order was placed. Was there a glitch with sending of e-mail confirmations for the pre-orders? Should I be
concerned with the status of my order?

I pre ordered back in August and already paid the $70, I played the beta and campaign with no issues and now all the sudden my payment was cancelled and my funds were insufficient. I already paid for the $70 and they took my money.

How did you pay for the purchase? If you used a credit card or paypal, the funds would not actually be taken out until 10 days before release. In August the system would have just run a check to see if the funds were there but the actual transaction would not have happened at that time. The only way the funds are taken at the time of pre-order is if you used your Microsoft account balance. Check your order history to see if the purchase shows as completed.

Question my pre-orders say Pending but since I used my debit card what do I do because the funds where already taken from my account right after I payed, will it stay pending until I pay a second time because if so then Microsoft is scamming me

When you pay with a credit card, it won't charge you until it's within 10 days of release. So you just need to make sure you have enough funds before they charge you then or the pre-order will be cancelled. Funds are only taken immediately if you pre-order
with your Microsoft account balance.

I am experiencing the same issue with Tekken 7. We pre-ordered the game on 02/01 and the charge came out at the end of May, which overdrew my bank account. We were not expecting those funds at that time. We assume funds come out at the time a purchase is
made, like most logical people. I disputed the charge thinking it was unauthorized and cancelled the debit card that was used. Xbox apparently didn't get the message that the charge was reversed and pulled the funds from my bank account again on 06/14. Thankfully
a chat agent was able to submit the request to just have the transaction cancelled and the funds returned to my bank. I'm okay with waiting a couple days.
