    Funds taken from my account without my consent


    Thanks Micro$oft, I cancelled the auto-renew on my Xbox Live Gold over a month ago, yet today I noticed the money was taken from my account anyway, while the support/contact options on your website are conveniently "down".

    If this isn't fixed, I will be forced to pursue legal action, as this is theft in it's purest.

    I need to be contacted by the xbox enforcement team. My gamertag was changed without my consent and my account was not credited with the funds originally used to change it.

    Legality of Xbox recording

    A friend was recently recorded in a xbox live party without his knowledge or consent, is this legal?
    It depends on what state the recording was taken from. Some states have a one party consent law when it comes to recording people without their knowledge. For instance where i live it would be perfectly legal to do the above without their consent.

    Hey guys

    My son had purchased 450k worth of vc on nba 2k23 without my consent. I requested a refund for this matter but it was denied without any reasoning? I was wondering if I could still received my funds back into my account as this is ridiculous due to the fact my son had bought it without my consent or me even knowing until after the purchase had been made and popping up as a notification on my phone.

    Did you son spend any of the 450k VC at all? If he spent even a little bit of it then that would be one reason they would deny a refund and they likely won't change their decision if any of it was spent at all.
