    I have hooked up to my Xboxone:

    Dish Cable TV

    I like to fall asleep to TV.

    Cable box turns off after 2 hours of inactivity.

    Xbox is set to turn off after 2 hours of inactivity. But it doesn't when I am in TV mode. Why?

    to clarify. Even when the cable box is turned off Xbox still stays in TV mode and does not turn off due to inactivity.

    Functionality questions.

    The inactivity shut off doesn't work at all for me. I tested it today by closing everything and leaving the console idle at the dashboard. A couple of hours later and it was still on (I have it set to turn off after 60 minutes of inactivity).

    Functionality questions.

    For some odd reason, when the TV Mode is active the (insert number here) hour inactivity that we have selected does not apply for anyone.

    The sleep timer for TV Mode is highly requested. You may want to use the feedback website to help this feature to be implemented soon.

    Headset Functionality Question

    I had figured and assumed that - to be honest I posted this for a friend of mine who wanted the feature - I tried to explain it to him but he didn't believe me. Figured that some posts here my convince him. I had too come to the same conclusion using my
    limited home theater/sound knowledge that the current sound card and output is only through one output and currently there is no way for the hardware to know/designate what is what. Would need the software smarts similar to a windows pc card being able to
    designate certain apps to certain devices. Personally I do not think that this is something that fits with the easy and everyone using one device for the family at home, more of a pretty advanced feature if you ask me. Thanks for the response!
