    im now waiting (on day 3 now),for a microsoft agent to call me back.it has been escalated to a higher department who were supposed to contact me within 48hrs,customer service is just getting worse and worse,oh well lets just wait and see.

    No one is making it sound like it's your fault. Like i said,you did get a U.K. power brick didn't you?

    It's just something seems off with you saying you bought it in France then saying you took it back to the shop in France for a refund while you live in the U.K.

  7. I hope you get this problem resolved I have also been a member for about 11 years had a number of problems with the consoles (360) and had the same problem with the xbox one pad (not the console YET) from my past experience with xbox support they have been
    top notch, yes I know the waiting about drives us all mad but I am sure they will be doing everything to resolve your issue.

    yes i did get an xbox one with a uk power brick,and no i have not taken the console back to france for a refund,i have had the first console replaced by microsoft,but the replacement console they sent me was pre-owned and faulty rather than a brand new one.

  10. As of yet,microsoft have not contacted me by phone or e-mail,i am writing a strongly worded letter to the microsoft legal team here in the uk,it has now been a week since the faulty console arrived,and i am absolutely livid!!!!!!

    I'm not so sure i understand the situation you purchased an xbox one which you cant return to store cos of lack of stock, but you'd purchased in france so cant return it but it came with a UK power brick, but you have then had one replaced by the store,
    then this 2nd one is with Microsoft now?

    I'm confused. Who has your xbox one now?

    Have to admit,i'm a bit confused by the op's story.

    Had no problems myself.Phoned support Tues morning about my Xbox One & it's in Germany already waiting to get fixed.Bloke i spoke to was very good.

  14. no guys,i bought a console from france,it was faulty and microsoft sent out ups to pick it up and at the same time delivered a new console,but the console he delivered was quite obviously not brand new as it was dusty with no gloss protection or hdmi sticker
    on the front,and also it was faulty,microsoft have said they believe there has been a mistake at the delivery centre and instead of my replacement bieng brand new it looks like they have delivered a faulty xbox.

    i hope that clears everything up!!!!!!

  15. i still have the faulty console that was sent out by ms,it is faulty and i am waiting for a team in the usa to ring me to resolve the problem,but it has been a week and i still have not heard from them!!!
