FUMING WITH XBOX ONE SUPPORT!!!!! APPROX £1200 OUT OF POCKET!!!

You'd have a been a lot better off returning the console to where you purchased it from. Less hassle.

Game only partly downloaded

I've just tried to download Trials Evolution at a cost of 1200 gamer points but the download cut out at 1.3 Gb and I got a message saying 'Can't download Trials Evolution' which has now disappeared leaving me 1200 gamer points out of pocket and with no game
to show for it. No option to redownload, XBox Live wants me to pay for it again by the look of it. Any solution to this? Is this a known problem?

i have had the same problem, been playing the collection 1 maps since 21/03/12 going into the multiplayer area and selecting collection 1 after enabling the search for dlc after the update on 10/4/12 they have stopped working and dont even come up in the
list anymore only standard, community, elite and the 1 with friendly fire off are there, got onto xbox support done what they told me to do but still nothing so i moaned i was out of pocket 1200 points and xbox credited my account with 1200 points, seems the
new update stopped them working the next update mite enable them again and if so then im 1200 point better off.

my ps3 they work fine on its just my xbox they dont

 

I WOULD HAVE RETURNED IT BUT THE STORE ARE NOT GETTING NEW STOCK TILL THE MIDDLE OF MARCH!!

 

where did u purchase it from? as stock isnt an issue i thought now?

feel for ya tho dude, im on my 3rd, the 2nd out right died. amazon were brilliant at sorting replacements tbf.

 

ok,now its got worse,im downloading/installing dr3 and its downloading it but saying "buy" rather than "install",but its showing 10% downloaded!!!!!!!!!

 

Just tried to phone ms support but it says the offices are now closed!!!!!!!!

 

If the shop you bought it from weren't getting any stock until March then why not get a refund & buy another console somewhere else?

Really would've saved a lot of hassle.

Well, there's not a lot any of can do to help, must admit, im struggling to understand why you didn't get a refund from the shop, and go buy a new console from somewhere else.......

 

the console was purchased in france on my way home from western europe!!!!!!!

i live in the uk.

 

I assume you also got a U.K. brick as well?

Morale of this story is buy from the country you live in then lol!!

 

So you bought it in France as you were passing through, and you were going to return it to France but the store told you they couldn't replace it as they don't have any in The French store until March. Strange
