Full version purchase of xbox 360 not available, where did it go

I have download the demo of Real Steel to my Xbox 360 and now that I want to unlock the full version the purchase selection is not showing from inside the game or in the console game center. How do I resolve this issue? I have a working network connection
and an active xbox 360 gold account. I also updated my payment options. I see other games with a purchase option just not this game, and for the last few days the option to purchase was available. Please help

Pac man CE on Xbox one??

Hello AprilFool29,

Game Demos are not backwards compatible. You will not be able to download a 360 demo and play it on your Xbox One. Only paid, full versions of the listed games will be available for purchases and download.

Free LIMBO error at download, and now not available on Backward compatibility!

Hey OnlyThanatos! Smwutches was correct when saying the promotional pricing is only available during the specified sale, after that you will need to wait for a different sale to reduce the price or purchase it at full cost. The Arcade Triple Pack includes
the Xbox 360 version of LIMBO which is not backwards compatible, you will need to purchase the Xbox One version of LIMBO to play it on an Xbox One console. For the full list of games available for backwards compatibility see our

That game is no longer available to purchase through Live. Not all 360 games are available digitally and many arcade games have been delisted after a while due to licensing issues or just lack of sales. If you see a game without a purchasing option, then

Where did you purchase the game from? Keep in mind that this promotion is available when purchasing the Digital version through the Xbox One Store.

I purchased the 360 version and it was available to play instantly and that was at 5pm est Monday evening. The bigger question for me is where is my Xbox One upgrade??? It's not available and it's tuesday morning 4am est?

Either. The issue is, they show in "My Games," however, they are only listed as demos. The full versions are not available. When I go to the Marketplace to re-download the full versions, they treat it as a new purchase and would like me to pay again.

You should be able to find any game you have purchased or downloaded for the Xbox 360 by going to settings - account - download history.

Bear in mind however Dark Souls is also available for the Xbox One, so if you have purchased the Xbox One version, it will not be available on the Xbox 360.
