Full support for fanatec sim racing gear

Can Microsoft please update the SDK for Xbox so expensive sim racing gear (like Fanatec) can be fully utilized beyond just the standard controller buttons? Rev lights, encoder dials, ect are just not supported on Xbox but are when playing in windows. This is expensive gear, sim racing has exploded the last few years and we Xbox racers deserve to play the games the same way everyone else is.
