    Please add the "Full shutdown" option into the "Power mode" menu so that it can be chosen as the default method of turning off the Xbox.

    I believe the "Energy-saving" mode is more like a hibernate feature as evident by hard drive noises/activity even after the Xbox light has turned off.

    Another way to tell the difference is if you turn off the Xbox using the controller or the button on the console, the light blinks before turning off. However, when you do a "Full shutdown" the light on the console doesn't blink before powering down and
    there are no hard drive noises after either.

    Hi , euh, for me the Energy saver "is" an full shutdown.. You can choose between this and Instant on.

    Or you really want an option like : "Restart now" each reboot ? It is That ?
    I only play once a week (I would love to play more) and the time to wait for it to turn on after a full shutdown is fast enough for me.

    You can select either energy saver mode, which is a full shut down every time you turn your Xbox off. The full shutdown option you have highlighted should be used to reboot the console if you need to when its turned on.

    The other option on the drop down is instant on, which is a hibernate mode.
    But isn't "Restart now" rebooting?
