    Full Library won’t load.


    I know this is a common issue apparently on here but I tried everyone suggestions need more.

    I bought the new Hogwarts game and I was going to download it but was met with an endless loading screen when navigating to the “full library” tab.

    I tried:

    - Reseting Xbox

    - unplugging Xbox and clearing the cache

    - removing my account and logging back in

    - Just a simple restart

    - Resting my Wi-Fi (even though it’s working properly)

    - Same thing happens trying to access the library from the XBOX app. Just endless loading

    Can someone help me out? I just want to play

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Seems like you have performed all the necessary steps and it’s odd that it is also happening on your Xbox App.

    Have you tried using a different network connection such as mobile hotspot?

    Got this issue 5 days ago and it still continues till now I have done all the steps you recommended and I am still stuck on the same problem.
