    Full library & game pass problem


    On my series s, Whenever i go into my Full Library i’m constantly greeted with the “check back in a little bit were having trouble getting your stuff right now”. And when opening game pass there is no games showing. Why does this happen and how can i fix it.

    I noticed this problem yesterday.. and it was fine 3 or 4 days ago when i checked full library to download AC Valhalla.

    Do you have an external hard drive plugged into your console? If yes, kindly unplug the hard drive and after that perform a powercycle. Keep the hard drive unplugged as it can be corrupted.

    I tried 2 other internet provider (mobile hotspot- different network connection provider).

    And i reset console againe to factory default ( reset everything ) and the problem still exists.
