Sorry to hear you're having issues. What game was the code for (please do not post the code)? It may be that it hasn't not finished downloading yet. You can check your active downloads by pressing the Guide button on the controller, scrolling left and
choose Active Downloads.

I saw in ad the game "Max: The Curse of Brotherhood" will be given as a gift if join Life Gold. I became Life Gold member, but this game wasn't free for me. It still wants me to buy it, but I want to play full game for free as was promised.

I have the full game downloaded, and when I manage game it does not appear. I talked to Support and they told me I successfully redeemed the code.

I downloaded the demo again, and it did not appear. I even launched it and the code has yet to appear in either the demo or full game section when I manage them.

I am also experiencing the same issue, we bought and xbox one on the 26th. As advertised it came with a code to download the full game of Dance Central Spotlight. After scanning the QR code and downloading the game it is telling me that it is a trial and
I still need to purchase the full version.
