Full Entitlement Not Working

Hello, I'd like to report an issue about my full entitlement for my game. I've recently purchased the game but whenever I download it, it continues to stay as a demo instead of the full game. However, when I check my add-ons. It says that my full entitlement
is already installed. I haven't changed my account at all so this is very confusing. I should also add that I'm on PS4 while trying to attempt to acquire my full game.

If this game is on playstation 4 you will have to contact them because we won't be able to help here sorry but if it's on xbox you hold down on home button then click report a problem or just goto support.xbox.com for more help click the link I'm not sure
how to fix this issue I'm sorry

I can only offer a small amount of advice and check to make sure that the game is not still in demo.

You will have to contact PSN Support in majority, since this is an Xbox forums.

If you bought a game and are experiencing issues with it and the game doesn't play for example, then you should be entitled too a full refund of the product as it is not your fault that the game is not working for you. You should, as you are entitled too,
raise an appeal with microsoft too get your money back.

Xbox.com is operating a scam. I entitled to a full refund under UK law it may be digital download. But UK law states under CRA 2015. I am entitled to a full refund.

Mentions if it were faulty content then youd be entitled to a refund/repair of the faulty content but it doesnt mention that you are entitled to a refund for just any reason just because.
