Full app not installing

I just purchased kindgom of hearts III bundle off the microsoft store digitally and the only thing installed was the keyblade that comes with the bundle. When I try and go to the store and search the game it says i already have it installed but I do not.
Anyone having similar problem?

Hello Glock,

We understand that you were experiencing an issue concerning the inability to launch Kingdom Hearts 3 on your Xbox One console as it was appearing as if it had not been installed.

You mentioned that you were now able to launch the game after starting the installation for the Keyblade add-on and then pausing it, afterwards continuing the installation and then the game started.

A recommended step that will not affect the current saves on the account would be
uninstall the actual game, and then choose uninstall all to uninstall all content to install the game fresh again.

This can be done in case corruption is causing an issue like this.

Power cycle your console. And just make sure to try and go to storage in your Games Library and see if you can Uninstall and install it again.

please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

And check if the game can be found, be sure to check in both Games, Queue and Ready to Install section.

Also double check if you can find the purchase transaction at
http://account.microsoft.com

and verify that you are using the correct account on the Xbox console.

Thanks for the help! After leaving the xbox off for the night and trying again in the morning it was still doing the same thing. I ended up having the “keyblade” part of the bundle that is only 10 Mbs reinstalled, pausing it before it completes. Then going
to the microsoft store and opening the KH3 selection and pressing continue to install. For some reason that started the game being installed and not just the keyblade.

Go to Full Library in your Games and Apps and it should be listed as Ready to Install and you can re-install it from there.
