Full Account Refund, Account Banned Part 2

So after hours of talking with support I have come to the conclusion that Xbox will refuse to unban me. So be it however I did apply for two full account refunds one on my Xbox live account stated in the last discussion and the other I used the Xbox home
in conjunction with my banned account as a smurf or second account on multiple games. My question is will Xbox refund me the amount worth of digital purchases made on both accounts as the content is now unusable is this to much to ask. Customer Support says
yes the Refund Team will refund me the full worth of both but I am concerned due to the in my opinion horrendous customer support I received solving this issue. At the time of this post I have requested and already got a we will look into it email by the refund
team but, again still want a second opinion as concerns may arise.

It's unlikely you will get a refund as getting an account suspension is a qualified reason for a refund.

I don't think you can get refund cause they might of become forfiet due to the rule break of using a 2nd to getting around the ban. Sorry there isn't much we can do about that.

Long story short, you are not entilted to a refund , you can still play the games as long as it doesnt require hold to play, but to get anything new you would have to start a new account
