    Fulfillment Order takes to long?


    hey support,

    i had an xbox one controller send for repair a few weeks ago. everything was OK until they called me to ask what colour i want on my controller cause the colour is had was not in stock anymore ( the pink shadow ). so i had to choose between the colours they
    had. i picked the vulcano shadow edition so they said it was alright and the controller was coming my way. now a week later the status of the reperation stays on the first point.. ''fullfillment Order''. is this normal or is there something wrong?

    The closer you are to a fulfillment center the longer they will take to process your order.

    Hey BlubberMetal, your Xbox One controllers are covered with the Xbox One's console warranty. Contact support by phone and they should help you setup a fulfillment order for a controller.

    This is not something you will be able to get assistance with on the forums you will need to contact support directly using
    this link and select either the option to chat with support or request a phone call and they should hopefully be able to help you further.

    thanks but the xbox ''contact us'' option is always a looph whole. the system does not work.

    Lofty .... where is your local HMV?? Do you know if this is a nationwide thing as I'll be nipping in after work if that's the case.



    Back to the topic in hand - I've not even had a confirmation email off them yet never mind a tracking number. Considering that Microsoft are basically the source of MS points why the Hell does it take them so long to fulfill their orders?!?!

    How long ago did you grab this promotion? These promotions typically take 4-6 weeks to fulfill, but if you have already waited 4+ weeks, let us know! :)
