Hace 3 semanas aproximadamente recibi una suspension debido a que mi imagen de jugador no era apropiada pero mi imagen de jugador no infrigia una norma de microsoft, solo era un personaje de dibujos animados en una escena graciosa pero recibi la suspension
desafortunadamente, mande mensaje a xbox support a lo que no me dieron una respuesta concreta. No me molesta que haya sido suspendido, lo que me molesta es que me vetaron del programa ambassadors y yo le habia dedicado mucho a este programa para que me hayan
vetado por una suspension innjustificada, despues de contactar varias veces a xbox support solo me dijieron que en unos meses entre 6 meses a 1 año podria volver a formar parte de la comunidad ambassador pero por que en vez de decirme eso por que no me atienden
en esta suspension injusta, de verdad he intentado contactar y me siguen dando la misma respuesta.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We are sorry for the issue with your suspension. Unfortunately, there is no way of contacting Enforcement. The only way to appeal a suspension is a case review. As this was three weeks ago though, the case review will
not be available. You can check the
enforcement site for more information. As there is nothing more we can do on the forums. I will be locking this thread.

Hi there.

In order for enforcement to have been taken against you, an investigation would have taken place to determine whether the Xbox Community Standards were broken.

You may be able to appeal this decision - if applicable this would be called a Case Review and can be done at
http://enforcement.xbox.com

I understand your point, and I know theres nothing I can do, I just wan’t Xbox to be a little more flexible.

I mean, it was just a day suspension, I can live with that.

However, I only hope that the other player was suspended too. Even though he didn’t say any “bad” words, he had an unsportsmanlike attitude.

Sorry to hear about the situation, but the Xbox live code of conduct
is there to create an environment that is friendly for everyone! Xbox is a very family oriented company! There are many children who play Xbox as well and the code of conduct
is set in place to encourage good sportsmanship and positive communication!

Code of Conduct (at your own will) when you sign in for Xbox live you are bound by these rules in order to use the live services.

By the Microsoft Code of Conduct. Just because something isn’t on this list doesn’t mean it’s OK.

Please be advised that the Enforcement team does not ban an account without reason as posted under the
Mythsection
for enforcement. (Do not be a toxic player and use profanity, because you can be suspended for that.)

If you run into a toxic player then Report, Block and Ignore the user, and do not engage them.

(Enforcement does not see anyone as Defending themselves, they look towards the Code only.)

(Just remember that you are allowed to say and do what you want, but there will be repercussions for voiding the Code of conduct)
