Ola amigo , espere um pouco isso ja aconteceu comigo e depois de algumas horas estava la meu saldo normal , caso isso nao aconteca entre em contato com o suporte da microsoft , mas fique tranquilo a microsoft jamais te deixara no prejuizo .
