    Hola gracias, pero ya intente conectarlo a otra toma de corriente y no funciona, solo tenia conectado el cable ethernet del modem a la consola y no lo tenia conectado a una fuente de alimentacion initerrumpible.

    Hola de nuevo! Aquí te dejo los pasos para borrar la memoria caché. Saludos!

    Pasos:

    1. Mantén presionado el botón de encendido, situado en el panel frontal de la consola, hasta que la Xbox One se apague por completo.
    2. Cuando se apaguen los indicadores luminosos del panel frontal de la Xbox One y de la fuente de alimentación, desconecta la fuente de alimentación de la parte trasera.
    3. Espera al menos 5 minutos.
    4. Vuelve a conectar la fuente de alimentación a la consola Xbox One y enciéndela.
