Fuel up for battle help

So i've made my account on fuelupforbattle.com and i have already entered 2 codes, I get on COD:AW to find out I havn't gotten any of the promos... Help?

Map Packs

Yeah Rouen and Les Ormes are two of the best original maps for sure. I like Fuel Plant and Argentan for Battle and Team Battle. Les Ormes is probably the best map for CTF and WAR but terrible for battle unless you had 24 players.

You must link your xbox account.

 

I have on the CoD website, but still nothing!

 

I have tried SEVERAL times to log into the FUEL UP FOR BATTLE Promotion that [tag:Mountain] Dew and [tagoritos] has for [tag:Call] of Duty - Advanced Warfare to obtain what was promised in the Promotion. Can NOT log in. Website inactive?? What Gives???
Offering a promotion to purchase your product and then not allowing for the promised items -- is just NOT cool !!!

 

Some how, which I am trying to figure out too, is you have to somehow link Xbox live and fuel for battle, then you gear you have unlocked will automatically combine.

 

Things you need to get the xp/ items:

Active xboxlive account

CALL OF DUTY account

And a fuel up for battle account ( Mountain Dew / Pepsi )

Once you have all three YOU MUST LINK ALL THREE TO YOU YOUR XBOX ACCOUNT

 

My wife won me goggles and something else from this and nothing
